Key Responsibilities:
• Execute LinkedIn outbound and organic strategies to generate B2B leads and build brand presence
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve strong ROAS and lead quality
• Use Google Analytics to track user behavior and improve conversion funnels
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads and inquiries
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
• Present initial proposals and ensure leads are properly qualified before handoff
• Oversee client onboarding and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Continuously improve marketing strategies, sales processes, and lead management workflows
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years experience in Marketing, Sales Development, or a similar growth-focused role
• BPO industry experience preferred; exposure to ANZ market is a plus
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills with experience in client calls and presentations
• Results-driven with proven ability to meet KPIs
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
