Pricing & Costs

Costs vary depending on the role and experience level, but here's a general guide: Role Monthly Cost (AUD) Data Entry / Admin $400–$600 Customer Service $500–$800 Bookkeeper $600–$1,000 HR Coordinator $700–$1,100 Accountant $1,000–$1,500 Senior Specialist $1,200–$2,000+ These costs typically include: Salary Payroll taxes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Benefits (HMO, paid leave) Management oversight Quality assurance

On average, Australian businesses save 60–73% compared to hiring locally. For example: A bookkeeper in Australia costs ~$60,000/year The same role outsourced to Regent BP costs ~$12,000–$15,000/year Savings: ~$45,000–$48,000/year Plus, you save on: Office space Equipment Training costs Recruitment fees Payroll administration

No. Our pricing is fully transparent. You pay a monthly fee for your team member(s), and that's it. No setup fees, no surprise charges, no hidden costs. If additional services are needed (like extra training or specialized support), we discuss and agree on costs upfront.

We offer flexible arrangements: Full-time (40 hours/week): Fixed monthly cost Part-time (20–30 hours/week): Prorated monthly cost Hourly (as needed): Available for specific projects (higher hourly rate applies) Most businesses start with full-time or part-time arrangements for consistency and reliability.

Yes. We typically offer a 30-day trial period so you can assess fit and performance before committing long-term. During this period, you can request changes or adjustments to ensure the team member is the right fit for your business.
Hiring & Onboarding

Typically 2–3 weeks from initial consultation to your team member starting work. Here's the timeline: Week 1: Discuss your needs, review candidates Week 2: Interviews, reference checks, background verification Week 3: Onboarding, training, handover We can expedite this for urgent needs, but we never compromise on quality.

Our vetting process is rigorous: Skills Assessment: We test technical skills relevant to the role English Proficiency: We assess communication skills (critical for AU/NZ clients) Background Check: We verify employment history and references Interview: You have the opportunity to interview candidates before hiring Trial Period: New hires typically start with a 30-day trial to ensure fit

Absolutely. We encourage it. You'll have the opportunity to interview shortlisted candidates via video call before making a final decision. This ensures the person is the right fit for your business and team culture.

During the 30-day trial period, you can request a replacement at no additional cost. After the trial period, if performance issues arise, we work with you to address them through training or support. If the fit is truly wrong, we can discuss alternatives, though replacement costs may apply after the trial period.

Yes. We work closely with you to understand your exact requirements—technical skills, industry experience, personality fit, etc. The more detail you provide, the better candidates we can source.

Yes. All our candidates are fluent in English (both written and spoken). Many have worked with international clients before and are comfortable with Australian/New Zealand accents and communication styles. English proficiency is a core requirement for all roles.

Yes. We structure all arrangements to ensure compliance with: Fair Work Act: Team members are classified as independent contractors Privacy Act: We handle data securely and compliantly Tax law: We manage payroll taxes and provide documentation Superannuation: Not applicable (contractors), but we clarify this upfront We provide all necessary documentation for your records and tax purposes.

Offshore team members are classified as independent contractors, so superannuation does not apply. However, if you prefer to provide additional benefits or retirement contributions, we can discuss custom arrangements.

Yes. We provide a clear, professional contract that outlines: Role and responsibilities Monthly fee and payment terms Trial period and exit clauses Confidentiality and IP protection Dispute resolution We recommend you review the contract with your accountant or legal advisor before signing.

We have a clear dispute resolution process: Direct communication: We address issues directly with you and the team member Mediation: If needed, we facilitate mediation to resolve the issue Escalation: For serious issues, we have formal escalation procedures Exit: If the relationship isn't working, we discuss exit options Our goal is always to find a solution that works for everyone.
Working with Your Offshore Team

You have multiple options: Email: For non-urgent communication and documentation Slack/Teams: For real-time messaging and quick questions Zoom/Video Calls: For meetings, training, and relationship building Phone: For urgent matters (though time zones may apply) We recommend a mix of these for optimal communication.

The Philippines is typically 2–3 hours ahead of Australian Eastern Time (depending on daylight saving). This means: Morning in Australia = Evening in the Philippines Afternoon in Australia = Night in the Philippines Most offshore team members work during Philippine business hours (8 AM–5 PM PH time), which overlaps with Australian morning/early afternoon. For urgent matters outside these hours, you can use email or async communication.

Some flexibility is possible, but we don't recommend full Australian hours (it's tough on the team member). However, we can arrange: Flexible start times: Earlier or later in the day Overlap hours: Dedicated time when both you and your team member are online Async work: Tasks that don't require real-time communication Discuss specific hour requirements with us during onboarding.

You manage them like any other team member: Set clear expectations and deadlines Provide regular feedback Schedule weekly check-ins Use project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.) Be available for questions and support We provide initial training and ongoing support to help you get the most out of your offshore team.

This is covered in your agreement: Paid leave: Team members are entitled to annual leave (typically 10–15 days/year) Sick leave: Covered under Philippine labor law Backup support: For critical tasks, we can arrange temporary coverage or a backup team member We work with you to minimize disruption during leave periods.
Quality & Performance

Quality is our top priority. We ensure it through: Rigorous vetting: Only top candidates make it through our screening Initial training: We provide role-specific training before your team member starts Ongoing support: Regular check-ins and performance reviews Quality assurance: We monitor work samples and client feedback Continuous improvement: We provide coaching and additional training as needed

We address performance issues proactively: Identify the issue: We work with you to understand what's not working Provide support: We offer additional training, clarification, or resources Monitor improvement: We check in regularly to ensure things are improving Escalate if needed: If issues persist, we discuss alternatives (replacement, role adjustment, etc.) Your satisfaction is our priority, and we won't leave you with a underperforming team member.

Yes. During the 30-day trial period, replacements are free. After the trial period, if performance issues are due to the team member's capability or fit, we work with you on solutions. Replacement costs may apply depending on the circumstances.

Data security is critical. We ensure: NDAs: All team members sign non-disclosure agreements Secure systems: We use encrypted communication and secure file sharing Access control: Team members only access what they need for their role Compliance: We comply with Australian Privacy Act and data protection standards Regular audits: We conduct security audits and training You can also implement additional security measures (VPN, password managers, etc.) on your end.
Technical & Support

Our team members are proficient with: Communication: Slack, Teams, Zoom, Email Project Management: Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira Accounting: Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo Office: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace Design: Canva, Adobe Suite (varies by role) Other: Depending on your specific needs If your team member needs training on a specific tool, we can arrange that.

We provide ongoing technical support: Software training: We help with tool-specific questions Troubleshooting: We assist with technical issues Integration: We help integrate your systems and workflows Escalation: For complex issues, we escalate to specialists You also have direct access to your team member for day-to-day technical questions.

Yes. We work with you to ensure seamless integration: VPN/Security: We set up secure access to your systems Software access: We ensure your team member has access to necessary tools Workflow integration: We align their processes with your existing workflows Data migration: If needed, we help migrate or sync data Integration typically takes 1–2 weeks during onboarding.
Contracts & Agreements

We typically offer: 30-day trial period: No long-term commitment 3-month minimum: After the trial (with 30-day exit clause) 6-month or 12-month: Discounted rates for longer commitments You have flexibility to adjust or end the arrangement with proper notice.

You can terminate with 30 days' notice. There are no early termination penalties, though you'll need to provide notice as per your agreement. We'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.

Typically, no. Your offshore team member provides their own computer and internet. However: Software licenses: You may need to provide licenses for specialized tools (Xero, Adobe, etc.) VPN/Security: You may need to set up secure access to your systems Communication tools: You'll need to provide access to your communication platforms (Slack, Teams, etc.) We'll clarify equipment and software requirements during onboarding.

Your monthly fee typically includes: ✓ Team member's salary ✓ Payroll taxes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) ✓ Benefits (HMO, paid leave) ✓ Management oversight ✓ Quality assurance ✓ Ongoing support and training ✓ Dedicated account manager It does NOT include: ✗ Software licenses (unless specified) ✗ Equipment (unless specified) ✗ Additional training beyond onboarding (may incur costs)
