Join Regent Business Process Inc. and help drive performance through impactful coaching and training! We’re looking for a motivated Sales Coach who can empower teams, enhance agent performance, and support business growth.


🔹 Responsibilities:
• Facilitate classroom and virtual sales training sessions
• Develop and update training materials aligned with business needs
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and BI teams
• Track training progress and agent performance
• Promote a sales-driven culture through effective coaching
• Continuously improve training processes and engagement methods


🔹 Qualifications:
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Good documentation and presentation abilities
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Monday.com
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Background in sales, customer service, technical support, or training is preferred
• Experience as a Sales Coach with supervisory experience is an advantage

Can I interview candidates before hiring?

Absolutely. We encourage it. You'll have the opportunity to interview shortlisted candidates via video call before making a final decision. This ensures the person is the right fit for your business and team culture.

What happens if I'm not happy with the person hired?

We facilitate a structured 6-month probationary period focused on long-term success. Each month, our HR team will request your performance feedback to monitor how the team member is integrating. If challenges arise, we first work closely with you to address them through targeted training or support. However, if performance does not improve and the fit is truly not right, we will facilitate finding a replacement for your team.

Can I request specific skills or experience?

Yes. We work closely with you to understand your exact requirements—technical skills, industry experience, personality fit, etc. The more detail you provide, the better candidates we can source.

Do your team members speak English?

Yes. All our candidates are fluent in English (both written and spoken). Many have worked with international clients before and are comfortable with Australian/New Zealand accents and communication styles. English proficiency is a core requirement for all roles.
